Add these things to your contract and enforce them...
Have him text you during the day when he does something like leaving his desk, going to the bathroom, eating, etc. When you want to you can then text him back and tell him what to eat, to wait to use bathroom, etc.
Does he call you during the day? If he doesn't, he should.
Have him prove his submission to you by wearing your panties under his suit at work. Find other little ways to work on his mind while away from you.
